With a distinguished career spanning 20 years in Engineering Design, Balaji brings a wealth of expertise to his role. Previously, he held the position of Design Department Head at MTAB Automation, where he led the design, development, and successful launch of numerous CNC machines, Automation systems, Robotics, Dental CAD/CAM Technology, and Computer Integrated Manufacturing Software. His contributions significantly impacted both the Indian and Global markets.

Balaji Sah holds an Engineering degree from the University of Madras and is based in Chennai, India. His leadership and technical acumen continue to drive innovation and excellence within the Engineering and Design domain at Alchemy Global.

Hemanath

Hemanath is responsible for accelerating Alchemy Global’s growth in India and as well with global customers, strengthening the team, and enhancing our relationships with Customers in India and abroad. Hemanath is a Mechanical Engineering graduate with an MBA from Bharathidasan University. Hemanath has over 18 years of experience in the ICT industry, specializing in Sales and Marketing, has also held several senior positions in Business Development, Sales and General Management with leading Technology Players which include Mcafee, Symantec, Fireeye, Dimension data and Indian stalwarts like Wipro and Softcell.

Thajudeen

Thajudeen is heading the Sourcing, Inspection Services and Projects vertical and is responsible for accelerating Alchemy Global’s Sourcing Projects, strengthening the team and enhancing our relationships with Global Customers. Thajudeen helps global customers by being foot on the Ground for the Projects being Executed in India by acting as Mini IPO – International procurement Office. Thajudeen has over 18 years of experience in the Global Sourcing and Supplier Quality and Development, has also held several senior positions in Leading MNC’s Like Hubbell, Ingersoll Rand, Eaton Cooper, Tyco and India Forging Company Like Super Auto Forge. Thajudeen is a Mechanical Engineering graduate with an Ex MBA.

Mr. Shelton

Mr. Shelton currently serves as the Vice President of International Business Development and is based in the United Kingdom. With a remarkable 23 years of strategic sourcing experience, Shelton has made significant contributions to major organizations like Tata Motors and Ashok Leyland. Recently, he held the position of Head of Purchasing at Switch Mobility, UK, formerly known as Optare plc. In his current role, Shelton consults with several European companies, facilitating their establishment in India. He provides comprehensive support from company incorporation and customer acquisition to component indigenization, ensuring a seamless transition into the Indian market. Additionally, Shelton is a passionate entrepreneur who founded a bootstrapped company specializing in QR code-based web application development. This venture focuses on solving specific business problems, offering insights into the business landscape for enterprises of all sizes and devising innovative solutions to address their challenges effectively. Shelton’s extensive global exposure includes traveling to over 20 countries and participating in international shows and expos. This experience has equipped him with a profound understanding of the latest industry trends, which he adeptly adapts to meet business needs. Shelton’s diverse expertise, particularly in strategic sourcing and global Supplier Exposure, is a tremendous asset to Alchemy Global. His ability to understand and meet customer requirements ensures that our clients are both competitive and competent in the rapidly evolving business environment.
